Are There Delays Due To COVID-19?
Due to the ongoing developments with COVID-19, import and transit times of products have been globally affected. We anticipate some crates being delayed a few extra days at this time. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.
When Does My Box Ship?
Our monthly subscription boxes are shipped between the 5th – 10th of the following month. For example; if you subscribe anytime in September you will receive the September crate in early October.
Past crates and selected items are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of billing.
How Do I Access My Tracking Link?
Once your box ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to the email address we have on file. You can also, log into your user account and check the status of your shipment via the tracking information within your user account.
When Will I Receive My Box?
If you live in the US, you should generally receive your box 2-5 business days after it’s been shipped. Please note that this shipping window also may be affected by the holidays, weather, and other variables. International orders will typically take 9-13 business days, depending on customs and each country’s individual shipping systems.
What If My Address Has Changed Or There Is An Error With The Shipping Information?
For domestic shipments we first recommend attempting to set up mail forwarding through your local postal service. Otherwise our monthly boxes automatically process to the shipping address as entered on your account at the time of your billing. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
What Do I Do If I Haven’t Received My Box?
If you haven’t received your package after 10 business days (US) or 40 calendar days (international) since it has shipped, please email email@example.com assistance. Missing boxes must be reported within 60 days of their shipping date.
I Am Being Charged A Customs Fee.
If this occurs, we recommend providing customs with the monthly statement from your Billing Portal, as this often helps reduce fees owed. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund tax charges imposed by your government.
